Case: Profuomo
The menswear brand Profuomo has been successfully using TableTop Order Management since 2018. What began as a tool to gain control over orders and inventory has grown into an essential link in their IT landscape. In addition to real-time inventory management and in-store payment, Profuomo is making increasing use of TableTop functionality:
Collecting and distributing information
TableTop is directly connected with, among others, the webshop, fulfilment, ERP, and loyalty tooling. The OMS receives real-time data - such as a shipping status update - rom these systems, analyses it, and further distributes relevant information to the appropriate systems.
Order and return validation
TableTop validates order and return processes before signalling to surrounding systems. This way, a surrounding system will only process an order or return when all information is correct and complete.

Order 'locking' in exceptional situations
Profuomo can 'lock' orders to halt automatic flows. This is important, as it allows Profuomo to maintain control over their orders and cashflow even in exceptional circumstances. For example, if there is a damaged item or duplicate shipment and returns.
Gift cards arranged down to the last detail
A familiar challenge for many e-retailers: gift cards. One customer wants a physical card, another a digital one, while another also wants to order a shirt at the same time. On Profuomo’s webshop, all these options are possible. TableTop recognises the type of gift card and automatically starts the correct workflows. A complex process, yet the customer is unaware of it.
The next step is integration with marketplaces such as Amazon. This will enable Profuomo not only to manage the entire stock through TableTop, but also all order flows.
